Avi keeps his vision on macro, directing the overall growth of the company and keeping it pointed toward success. In addition, Avi leverages his extensive experience with management, designing and implementing a strong business plan for all of Temple’s investments.
Prior to founding The Temple Group, Avi was part of the Terra Financial Solutions team. In that capacity, he worked closely with the accounting and on-site management teams of a large management company on the asset management and back office operations of a sizable portfolio, creating detailed budgets and project retention rates, and investigating variances, significantly increasing the portfolio’s NOI.
This experience led Avi to Purchase Pro, where he led a team in the development and launch of a successful software solution for real estate management companies.
Steve combines innate business acumen with a keen eye for detail. He specializes in deal origination, overseeing all aspects of investments, including acquisition, underwriting, financing, deal structure, negotiations, and disposition strategy. Steve has developed strong relationships with private investors, brokers and lenders, which allow The Temple Group to source both marketed and unmarketed opportunities, and bring them to closing both smoothly and swiftly.
Prior to founding The Temple Group, Steve oversaw origination at a prominent financial institution where he reviewed and held the final approval for multimillion-dollar loans across all markets and asset classes.
